Ziegfried
Ziegfried Kritzinger, the founder of Cloud Based Accountants Limited, started this highly successful and rapidly expanding Accounting practice in 2014. Ziegfried’s Law degree qualification and more than 30 years business experience provides the foundation for his proven track record in high level interpretation of tax and commercial legislation as well as providing entrepreneurial business management support. He is passionate about cloud-based Accounting and Information Technology and it was a natural development in his business career to become involved in both industries. His focus from the start was to assist start-up businesses with advice and assisting them to implement legally compliant streamlined, commercially viable management and accounting systems. As the name of the business indicates, the focus of supply is cloud-based accountancy applications with specific mention of the Xero accounting platform. Within four years from start-up, Cloud Based Accountants reached Xero Gold Champion Partner status. The business has now expanded to serve clients all over New Zealand rendering the full scope of accounting and tax advisory services.
When Ziegfried takes time off from work, then chances are good that you will find him on the racetrack with his Superbike or riding his Dirt bike on one of the many off-road tracks close to home. Ziegfried says, “I love motorbikes in all shapes and forms, and riding hard clears the mind and keeps me young and fit“.
Haidee
Haidee Kritzinger is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an Honours degree in Commerce. She has more than 30 years of accounting experience of which 13 years, she was managing her own Accounting practice. She has excelled in the corporate commercial environment where she is managing multi-million-dollar financial projects and corporate financial reporting. She also serves as a virtual CFO for several medium-sized businesses.
Haidee’s other passion in life is restoring and renovating antique furniture and collectibles. She is also very artistic and she loves painting scenic landscapes in Acrylics.
