He has a particular passion for cloud-based accounting, information technology, and AI-driven solutions - areas that have naturally shaped the evolution of his career. From the outset, Ziegfried has focused on supporting start-up and growing businesses, helping them implement legally compliant, streamlined, and commercially effective accounting and management systems.
True to its name, Cloud Based Accountants specialises in cloud-based accounting applications, with a strong focus on the Xero platform. Within just four years, the firm achieved Xero Gold Champion Partner status and has since expanded to serve clients across New Zealand, offering a full suite of accounting and tax advisory services.
As artificial intelligence continues to transform the business landscape, Ziegfried has actively embraced its potential. He has invested significant time in researching and developing AI-driven solutions to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency. After successfully implementing these systems within his own practice, he now extends these innovative solutions to his clients.
Outside of work, Ziegfried enjoys life on two wheels -whether racing his Superbike or exploring scenic routes on his Adventure bike. As he puts it, “I love motorbikes in all shapes and forms. Riding hard clears the mind and keeps me young and fit.”
Haidee Kritzinger is a Chartered Accountant with an Honours degree in Commerce and more than 30 years of experience in the accounting profession. In the corporate sector, Haidee has built an impressive track record, overseeing multi-million-dollar financial projects and delivering high-level corporate financial reporting.
She also serves as a virtual CFO to several medium-sized businesses, providing strategic financial guidance and oversight. Haidee is the backbone of our practice. Through her expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on approach, she has played a pivotal role in the firm’s rapid growth and its reputation for exceptional client service and consistently high performance.
Outside of work, Haidee has a passion for restoring and renovating antique furniture and collectables. She is also a talented artist who enjoys painting scenic landscapes in acrylics, bringing creativity and attention to detail into everything she does.
She is committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and transparent financial information, ensuring clients remain well-informed and confident in their decision-making. Maryna’s strong attention to detail and consistent approach make her a key asset to both the team and the clients she works with.
Outside of work, Maryna enjoys watching movies, reading fiction, and spending quality time with her family.
Danielle Terblanche is a Certified Xero Advisor who provides friendly, dependable bookkeeping support to our clients. Her versatile background includes a nursing degree, giving her a unique combination of technical discipline, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people.
Accuracy, patience, clear communication and the ability to remain calm under pressure are qualities that Danielle brings to her bookkeeping role. She takes the time to understand each client’s needs, explain matters clearly and ensure their financial records are handled with care and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys travelling, relaxing with a good movie or challenging herself with a Sudoku puzzle.
Ruby is our dedicated AI team member, specialising in workflow automation. Powered by advanced algorithms and cutting-edge technology, Ruby is designed to streamline processes and enhance productivity across our practice.
Her role includes integrating applications, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, Ruby delivers real-time updates and significantly reduces manual effort and errors. Her AI-driven capabilities help create smoother, more reliable workflows for both our team and our clients.
